Making people feel at ease is effortless for Caroline who has been recognised as a leader in the industry by receiving countless awards for herself and her function department at Currumbin RSL on the Gold Coast.

This is an exciting chapter in Carolines career as she creates events in unique and interesting environments, her experience ensuring every event is a masterpiece. Caroline makes dreams come true perfection.

Executive Chef

Jiri Solnicka has been producing exquisite food for 30 years. Jiris experience is international working in fine dining restaurants in Austria and Germany, moving to Australia 28 years ago with his wife.

Jiri worked at Sea World Nara Resort for 16 years overseeing three kitchens, 6 food outlets and 400 resort rooms. Travel is important because it gives you a different outlook. I enjoying combining foods that are not usual and in Australia people are not afraid to try contemporary, modern cuisine that doesnt fit a particular style, he says.

Jiri enjoys creating inspirational menus for events and functions as part of Foodoo here on the Gold Coast.
